Armenia March 2022

Armenia Report

I have just returned from Armenia. I had the privilege of working with Daniel Rus, my colleague from the Palau Association and Global Network of Evangelists. We had the honor of training 150 evangelists in an “Advance Conference” with the goal to see “Advance Groups” form. The purpose of “Advance Groups” is to promote and develop the calling of evangelists by supporting them in their commitment to proclaim the Gospel. This work could impact an entire nation and possibly the entire region. We do not know how much longer this door of opportunity may be open in Eastern Europe.

The comments we received were tremendous. These men and women were inspired and now they will go and impact the entire country through proclaiming the Good News of Jesus and multiplication of other evangelists

Pastor Vardan of the church in Zoravan reported that his church added 13 youth from one of our outreaches last October where I preached the Gospel. All praise to Jesus. I wanted you to know the fruit of your prayers and financial giving. This is only one story of many

Armenia is a Russian allied country, and they hear a different story about Russia, Ukraine, America, and the west. However, it is so powerful that even though we come from different backgrounds, cultures, and even political views, that we could overcome our differences because we all live for a higher Kingdom than any of this world – the Kingdom of God! I want to say that many Armenians are heartbroken over what is happening in Ukraine. They have recently lost thousands of people in a war with their neighbor Azerbaijan. War is sad, no matter who it is that is fighting. People get hurt and die. Families and friends are left behind to grieve with the pain of losing their loved ones. This is another reason that we must do all we can to proclaim the Good News of Jesus. Only He can transform the human heart and save a lost soul.

In addition to the conference, we also held one youth event. 88 teenagers attended and 30 made a profession of faith at the invitation to receive Christ. We call these “professions of faith” because we do not know if they are truly saved or not. Only the Lord knows the heart. I feel it is my responsibility to preach the Gospel and invite people into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. The results are all in His hands
